Age Concern Sandwich is delighted to announce that Sally Barclay, Manager of The Sunflower Centre, Dementia Services in Sandwich is a finalist at the Dementia Friendly Kent Awards 2024, after being nominated for the Award Category community and Partnership.

The Awards Ceremony will be held on 21 October at Valley Park School, Maidstone, ME14 5DT at 2pm.

This year's Awards will be presented by Roger Gough, Leader of Kent County Council.
