Our Baby and Toddler Knitted and Crochet Items Sale was a great success, and we would like to say an enormous thank you to everyone who helped.

We are extremely grateful to everyone who came along, supported the event and purchased one of the beautiful handmade items. It was lovely to see so many people admiring the wonderful blankets, cardigans, hats, booties and other baby and toddler items. We hope everyone who made a purchase will enjoy their lovingly handmade item for many years to come.

The Find the Pirate’s Treasure competition added even more fun to the day for our younger visitors, while the beautiful handmade blankets displayed for our Chinese Raffle attracted plenty of attention.

A huge and heartfelt thank you must go to Gill and Hazel, as well as the very kind volunteers from the Sandwich Artisan crafting group, who generously gave up their time to help us throughout the event. Your support, enthusiasm and hard work were greatly appreciated.

We would also like to thank all the talented and generous people who have spent so many hours knitting and crocheting the beautiful items. An incredible amount of time, care and skill went into every piece, and that was clear for everyone to see. The event simply would not have been possible without your dedication and kindness.

We are especially grateful that the proceeds from the sale are being donated to Age Concern Sandwich. This generous support will help us continue our work for people over 50 in the local community.

Thank you once again to everyone who donated, volunteered, visited, purchased an item or supported the event in any way. It was a fantastic example of our community coming together—and a thoroughly enjoyable day for everyone involved.
