Take on a Sponsored Challenge

Ready to push your limits for a great cause?

Take part in a 10k run, half marathon, charity cycle, sky dive — or create your own quirky challenge! Grow a beard, shave your head, do a month without caffeine — and get your friends, family or colleagues to sponsor you. Every penny raised helps us provide care, companionship and services to local older people who need us most.

Organise a Fundraising Event

Put the fun in fundraising!

Host a cake sale or coffee morning (a cuppa and a slice of cake for £5 can go a long way!). Plan a themed dog walk, with £10 entry per owner and pooch. Fancy something different? Throw a kitchen disco, posh picnic, kids’ party or dinner evening and ask guests for a small donation to attend.

It’s all about doing something you enjoy — and making a big impact while you're at it.

Get Creative with Everyday Fundraising

Not a fan of organising events? No problem!

Start a swear jar at home or work, collect 20p coins in a bottle, or set up a “good deed donation” system in your office or classroom. Small ideas can grow into big support.
